Open type condensate recovery

The condensate couldn’t be carried by the normal pump directly due to the steam corrosion, so the condensate will be collected by the flume, and then be carried to the water feed bucket to mix with the normal temperature water by the normal pump after its temperature drop to 90℃, then the mixture will be fed to the boiler. This type of condensate recovery can only save water and the cost of water treatment since recovery temperature is low.

Close type condensate recovery

This type of condensate recovery use centrifugal pump to carry the high temperature condensate directly, and also avoid the steam corrosion. Moreover, there is a close flume in this system to keep the temperature of condensate and also can make use of regenerative steam.
