At the beginning of the new millennium, CIB UNIGAS is proud of its position as one of the foremost manufacturers of burners. Since its creation, in 1972, CIB UNIGAS has achieved regular success allowing it to meet any request, producing a mix of products among the most prized in the market. Burners for natural gas, LPG, gas oil, oil and mixed fuels are available. The range includes equipment of small capacity for the commercial sector, and industrial equipment for heating plants of large capacity (hospitals, industry, process plant etc.). The catalogue offers a series of more than 600 models, from 15 to 70.000 kW, to which are added the ¡°special¡± burners made to meet specific requests. The production of exclusive burners has been one of the reasons for expansion into larger markets.
From 1972 till now, the entrepreneurial value has borne fruit.

Mindful of its responsible function, CIB UNIGAS is fully involved in research to reach its goals according to the environment and safety standards, always respecting ecological values.
Large investments are carried out in our plants for production, quality control and checking during the testing of burners. To get the best results, CIB UNIGAS cooperates with the producers of heat equipment and the suppliers of oil products, as well as studies for the best efficiency of equipment, giving energy and management saving. One of the real results of these researches has been the recent development of burners with very low NOx emission levels.

QUALITY STANDARDS AND CIB UNIGAS: OUR COMMITMENT

In 1995 CIB UNIGAS had get through the ISO 9001 quality certify system, and was evaluated termly, which insure the whole quality of designing, producing, installing and testing of the burners. All our burners have its CE mark in the body, which means all of our products were certified by the two of the most important institutes in Europe for our products and combustion processes: the Netherlands GASTEC and the German T¨¹V. This is why the Quality System, validated for fixed terms, assures the company management achieving high standards for their production processes, merchandise control and services.

Future target

The most important target of CIBUNIGAS in the future is to strengthen the internal frame of the corporation, gain more borne fruit in the research and industrial products, CIBUNIGAS has modern office and factory in Padova Italy, the core of the whole company, manage department, business affairs office, quality control department, research lab and workshop. We employ a lot of engineers and specialist in the research, with large investments in the research and HR, we can improve stably and actively at the beginning of the new millennium.
